He founded Lines & Son as an entirely independent consultancy to offer clients unbiased guidance. It is important to note that we do not operate our own saleroom; instead, Kevin uses his extensive network to act as a professional liaison, ensuring your items are placed with the most suitable external auction houses to achieve the best possible results.

Representing the third generation of his family’s esteemed auction heritage, Freddy brings a modern perspective to the firm's independent advisory services. He focuses on supporting probate clients and managing the intricate logistics of estate clearances throughout the region. As an independent consultant, Freddy ensures every item is carefully assessed and directed to the most appropriate external saleroom, maintaining a seamless connection between private collections and the global auction market

Growing up under the guidance of his father, John Lines - a respected figure at Keys Auctioneers for over half a century-Kevin developed a deep understanding of the saleroom and the importance of professional integrity. Following a distinguished tenure in senior positions across the industry, Kevin established Lines & Son to offer truly independent and transparent consultancy. Today, he is joined by his son Freddy, the third generation of the Lines family to dedicate himself to the profession, ensuring a personal service defined by honesty and East Anglian roots.
